At present, some problems exist at equipment management of Shan Xi Yan Chang Petroleum Co. Ltd dry tap. Such as low efficiency, high cost of work, high equipment investment and other problems. In order to improve this phenomenon, a comprehensive assessment conclusion is reached through analyzing comprehensive assessment system, establishing evaluation objectives (different manufacturers or different types), building evaluation indexes (level1index and level2index) and evaluation criterions (absolute standard, relative standard, absolute comparison, relative comparison and correction factor), evaluation index dimensionless processing, distributing evaluation index weight, selecting comprehensive evaluation method and calculating. The conclusion offers a scientific and accurate decision basis for Yan Chang Petroleum equipment technical personnel in equipment purchase, maintenance, management and running.This paper analyzes pumping unit by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The method comprehensively considers various performance indicators and their individual influences on pumping unit overall performance. More importantly, the evaluation result is more reasonably and it is more feasible.The paper introduces pumping unit-rod-pump matching evaluation principles and two important indexes:maximum polished rod load and decelerator maximum torque. Combining with characteristics of Yan Chang Petroleum, different computation models of directional well polished rod load are deduced by specific analyzing various influence parameters. Finally, a case study is supplied.Pumping unit-rod-pump comprehensive assessment software system and matching evaluation software system are made by VB2005programming technology which is base on B/S mode. The software has realized engineering application.
