| This thesis stemmed from the National Science and Technology Supporting Program “the traditional vegetable industrial production technology integration and new product development”(2012BAD31B04)and the important Science and Technology Supporting Program of Sichuan Province “the pivotal equipment integration and demonstration of the automatic control of lactic acid bacteria pickles processing”(2014NZ0039).It aimed at developing a set of electromechanical integration and automatic control bioreactor for pickles fermentation to achieve the automatic control of the key fermentation links,including feeding process,fermentation process and discharging process etc.Ultimately,it also can conquer the disadvantages of the great labour intensity and the product quality instability and other problems in the traditional pickles production mode.Eventually,the use of the bioreactor breaks the bottleneck of the traditional Sichuan pickles industrial production.This system is an embedded system based on the pickles fermentation process with direct vat set lactic acid bacteria.It consists of mechanical system,embedded system hardware and embedded system software.The mechanical system consists of intake device,exhaust device,feeding device,discharging device and recycling brine device etc;The embedded system hardware consists of electrical device and field controller;The embedded system software consists of control program,communication protocol and man-machine interface etc.On the spot,engineers can realize the automatic control of pickles fermentation and obtain the real-time status of pickles fermentation through the man-machine interface of the spot touch-screen or remote host computer.At first,this paper studied deeply into the development of the pickles fermentation process and technology with direct vat set lactic acid bacteria at home and abroad.On this basis,according to the actual condition of this project,this paper analyzed the system demand and made a design scheme for mechanical system,embedded system hardware and embedded system software.The scheme for mechanical system innovatively proposed a characteristic method of feeding with positive pressure and discharging with negative pressure,and made schemes for pipeline of mechanical system;The scheme for embedded system hardware includes the design of electrical device and field controller;The scheme for embedded system software completed choice of the programming language and environment,and designed the program frame.Moreover,under the guidance of system scheme,this paper carried on the concrete realization of every sub-part.In the realization of embedded system hardware,this paper chose the XMC4500 as the master chip,and used optocoupler to isolate input and output signals from electromagnetic interference.The output signals were amplified by relay to control valves or motors.In the realization of embedded system software,this paper took expert system as the guiding ideology of software realization,including the realization of the dynamic multi process and the communication between spot controller and spot touch-screen,the communication between spot controller and remote host computer and the man-machine interface.Eventually,through the field debugging,the system successfully achieved the automatic fermentation,semiautomatic fermentation and manual operation for overhaul etc.It also realized the industrial production of the direct vat set lactic acid bacteria pickles. |
