With the increasing shortage of oil resources,most of oil fields have entered three mining period in our country.In the exploitation process,a large amounts of waste-water with complex components and strong acidity was produced.And,the waste-water not only pollute environment,but also damage equipments and pipes.Therefore,this kind of waste-water must be treated strictly before emissions or reinjections.The treatment process includes purification and corrosion,etc.Usually,using various kings of water treatment agents with single performances to resolve aforementioned problem,but it was hard to meet the desired requirements and the post-processing was very tedious.As a result,the multifunctional water treatment agents were studied for simplifing process,improving efficiency and reducing the cost,which can achieve yield twice the result with half the effort.In this paper,the Mannich bases was synthesized by using acetyl chloride,2-hydroxyethyl acrylate,formaldehyde,and diethanolamine as raw materials.Then.the ?-acrylamide Sodium benzoate was synthesized by amine hydrolysis reaction and neutralization reaction.Finally,a binary polymer was synthesized with p-acrylamide sodium benzoate and Mannich base and the performance of polymer was studied.The main contents of paper were as follows:(1)1,2-methylene acrylate was prepared with 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate and acetyl chloride as raw material.The structure was confirmed by FT-IR spectra and ~1H NMR spectra.The optimum reaction conditions were revealed as follows:moral rate of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate,acetyl chloride and triethylamine was1:1.6:0.5,reaction time 1.1 h,reaction temperature 15 ?,under these conditions,the productivity of reaction reached 94.2%.(2)A kind of Mannich base was synthesized with 1,2-methylene acrylate,formaldehyde and diethanolamine as the main raw material.Then,confirming the structure of product by FT-IR spectra and ~1H NMR spectra.The optimum reaction conditions of the Mannich base were revealed as follows: moral rate of formaldehyde,1,2-methylene acrylate,and diethanolamine was 1.5:1.3:1,p Hvalue 4,8 h,90 ? and solvent was ethanol,under these conditions,the productivity of Mannich base reached 86.4%.Meantime,the evaluation of the corrosion behaviour was studied by the methods of weight-loss,AFM and XPS.The result show that the corrosion inhibition was a mixed corrosion inhibition mainly for inhibiting the anodic process.(3)The ?-acrylamide Sodium benzoate was synthesized by N-acyl reaction and neutralization reaction with acryloyl chloride and ?-aminobenzoic acid as raw materials,solvent was ethyl acetate.The structure of product by FT-IR spectra and ~1H NMR spectra was confirmed.The optimum reaction conditions of the Mannich base were revealed as follows: moral rate of acryloyl chloride and p-aminobenzoic acid was 1.6:1,0.5 h,0 ? and dropwise time of acryloyl chloride 0.6 h,the productivity of reaction reached 91%.(4)With potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator,the polymer was synthesized with the p-acrylamide sodium benzoate and Mannich base as monomers.The structure of product by FT-IR spectra and 13 C NMR spectra was confirmed.The optimal synthesis conditions were determined as reaction between Mannich base and ?-acrylamide sodium benzoate with a molar ratio of1.3:1 for 6.5 h at 80 ?,the amount of initiator was 0.17%,the pH value was 7,under these conditions,the productivity of reaction reached 85.2%.The inhibition performance of the polymer for N80 in HCl solution were investigated using weight-loss,AFM and XPS.The oil removal performances of polymer were also investigated.The results showed that the inhibition rate was of 98.9%,N80 in 20% HCl solution,with dosage of corrosion inhibitor 0.9% at 60 ?,the productivity of reaction reached 85.2%,which was a mixed corrosion inhibitor mainly by restraining the anodic process.The oil removal rate of polymer was94.3% and the light transmittance was 75.8%,under the conditions of 30 mg/L polymer dosage,50 ? and pH value 7.(5)The flocculation mechanism of polymer was researched,the result of which show that the flocculation process was carried out by compressed double layer and electric neutralization at the same time.
