In order to effectively sew cloth laminated carbon fiber,reduce breakage during sewing problems,it was designed for carbon fiber sewing machine improvement of institutions on the basis of industrial sewing machine.The most obvious feature of the carbon fiber sheet is light weight,high strength.It can be used as a structural material,but also as a functional material.And it can be well used in aviation,construction,etc.Normally it is the method of using anchor or paste material in the form of carbon fiber cloth to reinforce the carbon fiber sheet.However,this method reduces the strength of the carbon fiber sheet and costly.The use of sewing method can effectively solve such problems.Meanwhile,the sewing process is prone to break a problem,which is made of carbon fiber and sewing nature form decision.It is used by the "fork " and "Ring" to improve mechanism sewing machine with periodically provoke sewing the suture to relax,in order to reduce shear stress at the time of sewing thread sewing,ensure the reduction of disconnection,maintain the continuity of the sewing,and finish the sewing.It is based on Pro/Engineer software for three-dimensional modeling for the improved mechanism,assembly.Using the module of Pro/Engineer mechanism to improve the mechanism kinematics analysis was carried out on the execution component,and ANSYS analysis was carried out on the key parts.The results showed that the improved mechanism is running smoothly,which is expected to meet the design requirements;the improved mechanism can improve the forces of the suture,reduce breakage rate and improve production efficiency.Aiming for carbon fiber sewing machine how to improve the process efficiency and quality is as the following research:1.Research on industrial sewing machine working principle and manner,and it is aimed at the problem of design in carbon fiber sewing machine improved organization,to determine the parameters of the main components by Creo Elements / Pro5.0 software for improving institutions in various parts three-dimensional modeling.2.Assembly improvement mechanism model,the various components of the use of institutional analysis module of Pro/Engineer software is to improve the mechanism kinematics analysis,calculate execution parts of displacement,velocity,angular velocity,acceleration and angular acceleration’s magnitude,optimize the movement size of main components,and obtain a good movement characteristics;3.Application of ANSYS Workbench software is to conduct the key member institutions’ s dynamic analysis,simulate deformation conditions,contact stress and vibration,and to analyze the feasibility and the stability of the institutions.
