Books and periodicals are the main carriers of cultural heritage and information dissemination.Although electronic books continue to develop and improve, but primary and secondary school textbooks are still mainly paper books, primary and secondary school textbooks in the production of green web offset, folding with stickers, binding as the main production process, due to the implementation of textbooks in primary and secondary schools National standards and provide free and other policies, printing companies need books and magazines to achieve green production, limited supply,to ensure quality. With the progress of science and technology, although the production of books and periodicals has made great technological progress,it is limited by investment and technology. At present, the various links in the production of books and books are still independent of each other. The circulation of books and notes is dispersed. The site manual management and the production process are scattered.Artificial labor, low productivity and difficulty in changing diversity.Based on the actual investigation, based on the analysis of the existing book production line and equipment in Yunnan Guofang Printing Factory, this paper analyzes the existing push mechanism of packaging machinery and builds a three-dimensional solid model and analyzes its movement,It is found that there is the problem of low efficiency and lack of stability in the pushing process of the push-push mechanism.According to the stability of the book-pushing mechanism during the process of book printing,an innovative scheme based on TRIZ theory is proposed As well as the research route combined with computer aided analysis.(1)Based on the proposed research route and using the object-field model and the contradiction matrix of TRIZ theory, this paper innovated four innovative proposals of book-pushing agencies and compared the four innovative proposals of book-pushing agencies Pro/e software is used to carry out 3D solid modeling, and then comparative analysis is made on the four innovative schemes.Three innovative schemes of pushing mechanism are selected, which lays the foundation for kinematics and dynamics analysis of subsequent institutions.(2)Using ADAMS software to analyze the kinematics of the three innovative schemes, the kinematic analysis of each scheme under different cycles and the kinematic analysis of different schemes under each cycle were carried out.It was found that the parameters of scheme II appeared seriously exceeding the standard and could not satisfy Design requirements, and the first program and the third program to meet the basic needs.(3)Using ANSYSworkbench software to analyze the dynamics of the three innovative schemes, the stress and strain of the three schemes are analyzed first. The parameters of the second scheme exceed the allowable range and can not meet the design requirements. The first scheme The third program of the various parameters to meet the requirements,in line with the design requirements. Then the modal analysis of the three schemes is carried out,the first six frequencies of each scheme are obtained, and the natural frequencies of the three schemes are all far greater than the actual operating frequency of the scheme to meet the design requirements. In summary, the second program does not meet the design requirements, the first program and the third program to meet the design requirements.(4)According to the kinematics and dynamic analysis of the three schemes,it can be seen that the design requirements can not meet the design requirements. Then the scheme is compared with programme three and the plan is more satisfied with the smooth push request of the book printing process, and the optimal scheme is obtained. In the end,the comparison of the existing push book mechanism of the most optimal shot-book organization proves that the innovation organization meets the design requirements.
