The application of supperalloy parts with small hole in the aerospace field widely,machining is always a difficult problem in machining field,drilling because of the metal removal rate in high efficiency is the most commonly used processing method in small diameter drill hole machining,low stiffness,easily broken drill will lead to cut the workpiece.So in order to reduce the diameter of the bit is small fracture drilling superalloy,has important significance for drilling drilling force in the process of drilling.Through simulation and test method for the analysis of drilling parameters on the drilling force and drill wear,with the guidance of the parameter selection in the process,first discusses the geometric parameters of the twist drill,and based on the plane grinding method for modeling the bit,search for high-temperature alloy drilling with high-speed steel tool materials,after use Deform-3D software for drilling simulation,through the single factor analysis scheme of bit diameter,speed,feed and angle effect on drilling force,and through drilling experiments verify the simulation results,through orthogonal test analysis the influence factors of cutting force of the drill,calculated the formula of drilling axial force and torque.Finally,it focuses on the three-dimensional structure design of the hole of the fuse hole on the GH4169 bolt.The results are as follows:(1)Increase the drilling force and torque with the drill bit diameter,feed rate increases,the axial force increases with the increase of the angle,torque decreases with the angle increase,decrease with increase of axial force and torque of the drill speed,the speed is too high will make the drill wear more serious.(2)The primary and secondary factors that influence the drilling axial force Fz when drilling GH4169 are drill diameter> feedrate> rotational speed.The primary and secondary factors affecting torque M are drill diameter> rotational speed> feed.(3)After the test,the design of the bolt for insurance on the ramp hole drilling fixture with higher efficiency,can be applied to the actual production.
