Since the SAGD(Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage)technology has been used in the Liaohe Oilfield,the temperature of the wellhead extraction fluid has been greatly improved.The temperature is up to 170-180 ℃.The high temperature of the wellhead extraction fluid produced a large amount of residual heat energy.In order to reduce the production cost and improve the overall economic benefits of SAGD Technology,it has become an urgent research topic in the application of SAGD technology to effectively recycle and utilize the remaining heat energy.In view of this problem,this paper lists three thermal energy utilization programs to compared with and optimize the best heat transfer scheme.According to the physical characteristics of the two kinds of heat transfer medium,the heat exchanger type is recommended.Then,the heat transfer area and the number of heat exchangers are determined by calculating the heat transfer area.The optimal design of the whole pipeline heat insulation scheme is carried out.Through calculation,the economic thickness of insulation layer is obtained.Finally,the economic and environmental protection of the whole technical scheme is analyzed.
