Research On The Control System Of Oil Extraction Joint Station Based On PLC

Sulige gas field is located in the middle part of the Ordos basin.It lies in YiKeZhaoMeng in Inner Mongolia autonomous region and near Jingbian Gas Field,which is in the northwest edge of Suligemiao District.It is the largest natural gas field that has been found ashore in our country.The horizontal wells of Sulige Block are mainly constructed in 53 block located in the northwest part of Sulige Gas Field,which belongs to the mesozone of Yishan slope in ordos basin and is administrated by Ertoke Banner,Inner Mongolia autonomous region.The geological structure of Sulige Gas Field is the large entrapped gas reservoir of standstone,developing from clastic rock series.The main gas-bearing layerbelongs to the Permian group box 8 segment and shanxi mountain stone box 1 period of fluvial delta sandstone reservoir [1].With conventional straight wells and deflected wells to extract natural gas,the extraction ratio is comparatively low and the cost is high.Therefore,these years Sulige Gas Field has been dedicating to the transformation of extraction methods so as to change the reality of “more wells,less production”.All the drilling companies participating in the development of Sulige Gas Field have been trying to use horizontal wells to extract the “three lows” gas fields in Sulige district.With high production and low cost,the technology of horizontal wells is the inevitable trend of drilling development.However,many problems exist in the development of Sulige Block,for example,the design KOP of horizontal wells is deep(generally below 2850 meters),the well section is long(usually 800-2500 meters),the depth of gas-bearing layer is uncertain(the snake-like wellbore trajectory)and the completion technology is complicated.Besides these problems,in the process of construction,The formation of Shiqianfeng,Shihezi collapses and the construction speed is low,which delay the construction schedule and affect the development speed of the gas field.Based on the analysis of the development of horizontal wells,this paper has studied the drilling technology of horizontal wells and acceleration schemes in Sulige Gas Field and put forward concreted precaution measures against common complexity and accidents.Therefore,a set of complete and mature drilling technology of horizontal wells has been formed in this paper,which has improved the drilling speed and meet the development need of Sulige Gas Field in real practice.
