In this paper,the background,multiphase separation technology,gas-liquid-solid three-phase separation technology,flow field test technology and high-speed camera technology are briefly introduced.The separation principle of these technologies and the research status at home and abroad are further Description.This paper introduces the purpose content and significance briefly.On the basis of the conventional double cone cyclone,the gas-liquid-solid three-phase separation cyclone is designed by adding a solid line of sand entrance.The initial model of the cyclone is modeled by using the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,the grid partitioning software Gambit and the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent respectively.The lattice division and the grid independence test are carried out.Orthogonal test is used to optimize the structural parameters of the cyclone.The length of the swirl chamber,the length of the gas overflow pipe,the diameter of the gas overflow pipe,the cone angle of the large cone,Cone angle and the diameter of the liquid outlet pipe on the gas-solid two-phase separation efficiency of the law and impact degree.At the same time,by comparing the velocity field,the pressure loss,the gas volume fraction and the solid volume fraction of the initial structure and the preferred structure,it is proved that the preferred structure has better separation performance.This paper introduces the flow and the main test equipment of the PIV test system for particle image velocity measurement.The PIV technique is used to test the three different cross sections in the optimized gas-liquid-solid three-phase separation cyclone and the velocity field of three different regions.The variation law of gas tangential velocity and axial velocity at different flow rates and split ratio are studied,and the accuracy of numerical simulation is verified.The process and the main test equipment of the high-speed camera test system are introduced.The high-speed camera technology is used to track the motion of the gas-solid two-phase in the optimized gas-liquid-solid three-phase separation cyclone.It is clear that the cyclone The formation process of gas nucleus,the movement of inner swirl and the separation process of gas and the movement law of solid particles.
