According to the present situation of oil field wastewater treatment,the development of the tertiary oil recovery and the technology of compound processing technology has become an important direction.EPI-DMA is a kind of highly efficient and multifunctional cationic organic polymer flocculant.To reduce the toxicity of compound processing technology copolymerization with tannin,further improve on the current domestic oil chemical additives in the application and research of problems and difficulties,improve efficiency,protect the environment.Through chemical modified sex method preparation out of cation castanopsis rubber in the,respectively for has best experiment conditions select:(1)Castanopsis rubber and ring oxygen chlorine propane,and II methyl amine solution first for ternary received branch copolymer reaction,get cation castanopsis rubber,again on cation castanopsis rubber for purification get TED? its reaction of best conditions: reaction time 5h,temperature 60? pH value for 8.(2)The tannin is divided into two parts,epichlorohydrin dimethylamine solution reaction occurs,the tannin is treated separately products and cross-Linked are cationic tannin;TED? obtained through purification of polymer and its optimum reaction conditions: time 6h.Temperature 55?,pH equals 8.(3)The tannin and epoxy chloropropane graft polymerization reaction,dimethylamine solution,obtained through purification of TED?,its optimum reaction conditions: response time 5h,temperature of 55?,pH equals 9.Through the flocculation experimental verification of product feasibility,in cation of similar cases,products flocculation effect of viscosity greater better;in the case of similar viscosity and cationic flocculation more products the better;6th graft copolymer flocculant best.Separate using TED6,products for oilfield sewage of best flocculation gel conditions for:sewage pH value for 7.5,received branch copolymer real of voted added volume for7.5mg·L-1,received branch rate for 92.5%;separate using PAMAM for sewage experiment of best flocculation gel conditions for: sewage pH value for 6.5,received branch copolymer real of voted added volume for 45mg·L-1,flocculation gel rate for 76%;received branch copolymer real and PAMAM complex distribution using products 1.2 mg·L-1,PAMAM20mg·L-1 flocculation rate of 95.6%.
