The accident casualties and property loss caused by air pollution become more and more serious.How to strengthen the ability to deal with the air pollution accidents,and how to reduce the loss of property and casualties as far as possible caused by the sudden accident,has been paid more and more attention from the governments and societies-Air pollution mobile emergency system can provide the necessary information for emergency rescue,for example,displaying pollution diffusion simulation condition in real time,Seeking a refuge and personnel evacuation routing et al.,thus reduce the loss.Application of technical problems,such as data organization and management difficulties,low transmission efficiency and pollution simulation results visualization and untimely evacuation planning and command,were researched and discussed in the paper.Meanwhile a prototype system has been researched and developed.The contents and results are as follows:(1)Data management and transmission method of air pollution mobile emergency.Based on the atmospheric pollution emergency data classification,according to the characteristics of mobile emergency system,after the analysis on the rescue information collection,data transmission,analysis model and decision making process,the organization for the atmospheric pollution emergency data on server and mobile terminal.By the way the basic geographic data organization,scientific simulation data organization was established for the server and mobile terminal.The transmission stategy of mobile emergency data were discussed and providing the data and methods for subsequent visualization model and emergency evacuation path planning.(2)Disaster information visualization method of mobile terminal.A GeoJSON air pollution disaster data visualization method and process has been put forward and constructed.Based on the simulation data of GeoJSON and disaster.As well as,the format of the data visualization of disaster data transmission were achieved with the raster data based on GeoJSON.The testing results shows that the size of show time disaster information and mobile terminal of GeoJSON is better than that of raster data.(3)Evacuation route planning based on the position of the drive.Based on the analysis of the optimal path algorithm for the evacuation of personnel,the evacuation path planning method based on the position of the driving personnel were put forward.Service area generation strategy was discussed,and service regional generating method based on Tyson polygon and road model were built.Selection method of refuge and the push of information flow were put forward based on the service area and position of the driving mechanism.Evacuation route and optimization were achieved combining the Dijkstra algorithm and the right function model.(4)Sudden air pollution emergency mobile prototype system.Mobile emergency system for sudden air pollution based on Android platform has been designed and completed through the integrated use of the mobile terminal,mobile location,push message,remote data transmission technology.Air pollution emergency mobile data organization and the application of technology solutions providing effective support for emergency response to sudden air pollution accident disposal is verified in this paper. |
