Study On The Characteristics Research Of The Pillared Montmorillonite On The Adsorption Of Zearalenone | | Posted on:2016-02-21 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H P Weng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2321330512975969 | Subject:Environmental Science | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Zearalenone(ZEA),as a kind of mycotoxins,have been widely detected in foodstuff and cereal.Estrogenic effects of ZEA have a significant impact on humans and poultry.As environmentally friendly materials,the application of Montmorillonite(Mont)in the ZEA is get more and more attention.In this study,a series of OH/Fe-Mont,OH/Al-Mont,Fe/Al-Mont were prepared by using Mont as raw material.XRD,BET,FTIR,EDX,XPS and TG-DSC were used to characterize the pillared Mont.This paper studied on the pillared Mont adsorption capacity and adsorption mechanism of ZEA.Effect of pillared reaction on Mont:① The interlayer spacing(d001)of pillared Mont were higher than Mont because of hydroxyl iron,aluminum in different phases and aluminum hydroxyl polymer Keggin structure.The d001 of hydroxyl-Fe pillared Mont were related with OH/Fe molar ratio.The d001 of hydroxyl-Fe-Al pillared were related with Fe/Al molar ratio.②The surface area of hydroxyl-Fe pillared Mont were higher than Fe/Al-Mont.The pillared Mont were typical porous medium multilayer adsorption,which had a lot of parallel plate and slit pores inside.The most probable pore size belonged to mesopore.After pillaring reaction,the most probable pore volume increased.③ The contents and binding energy of Fe and A1 in the near surface of pillared Mont were changed than K10-Mont.The rough degree of pillared Mont compared with K10-Mont increased greatly.The surface of OH/Al-Mont were similar to that of K10-Mont.④After pillaring reaction,pillared Mont had excellent stability than pristine Mont and OH/Fe-Mont had better stability.Study on adsorption behavior of ZEA on pillared Mont:① The adsorption amount on ZEA by pillared Mont significantly increased.When the Fe/Al molar ratio was 0.5,the Fe/Al-Mont reached maximum adsorption amount(approximately 10 times compared K10-Mont).Adsorption isotherm studies revealed that Freundlich adsorption isotherms best represented the experimental data.It tended that pillared Mont are adopt to absorb ZEA.The kinetic data for ZEA adsorption revealed that the Mont adsorption capacity for ZEA equilibrates in 2 hour and was best described using the pseudo second-order rate equation.The results showed that the adsorption rate of pillared Mont on ZEA was not only controlled by the particle diffusion,but also a variety of mechanisms including particle diffusion.② The optimum pH for ZEA adsorption were 8,and the optimum temperature was 35℃.The optimum condition were close to the body temperature of animals.③The amplification of d001 and special area to hydroxyl-Fe pillared Mont were the main reason for increasing the adsorption amount of ZEA,whereas hydroxyl-Fe-Al Mont had not similar regular.④ Infrared spectral analysis showed that the pillared Mont had the function of anion exchange.The contents of C and O on the surface of the pillared Mont increased,which indicated that the ZEA was adsorbed to the pillared montmorillonite.According to the study,it can be concluded that the pillared Mont are good adsorbent material for the removal of ZEA. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Montmorillonite, Zearalenone, Adsorption, Pillared, Hydroxyl Metal | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
