Pastry industry is one of main food manufacturing industries in China.The basic raw materials of the pastry food which is baked through a series of complex processes,are flour,yeast,salt,sugar and water,with a moderate amount of grease,dairy products,eggs,food additives and so on.The wastewater from this industrial contains large amounts of biodegradable organics such as COD,BOD and SS,and a high concentration of animal and plant oil.If the wastewater is not treated and directly discharged into nearby water body,a large amount of oxygen will be consumed,which will make water quality deteriorated and environment pollution.In this paper,on the basis of the experience on food industry wastewater treatment,the author analyzes the differences among different treatment technologies,and optimizes the whole combination treatment scheme.Combined with the completed project,through attending the project from the early planning and design stage,selecting the process equipment,debugging the system to the final acceptance and transfer,the author masters the regularity,treatment efficiency,project benefit,economic and technical index of "physicochemical + biochemical" combination process which disposes pastry industry wastewater.According to the research contents,this paper is divided into two parts.In the first part,some research and analysis of different treatment methods are reviewed,including the physical and chemical treatment technology,anaerobic treatment technology,and aerobic treatment technology.Master the operating principle,technological design and characteristics of different treatment methods.Choose the optimal treatment technology,according to the technology applicability based on mutual comparison of various technology essentials.In the second part,combining with the actual project background,based on the raw wastewaters quality and quantity,as well as discharge standards,making use of the patent developed by Tianjin ERRC Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd,the author designs the wastewater plant process and the main structure specification.Based on the system debugging and running,analyze and evaluate the cost.Summarize the engineer experience and lessons to guide the engineering practice in the future.Making use of years of theory learning and combining with the patent developed by ERRC,the author participated in the project from the early planning and design stage,project construction,debugging to the project acceptance,and visited the scene regularly with feedback during the August 2011 and October 2012.Based on the actual project practice,the "coagulation floatation + highly efficient anaerobic reactor +aerobic biological treatment system" technology is testified effective,which can be used in treating the baking industry waste water.The effluent water quality meets the requirements of the relevant national wastewater discharge standards.Make use of this method to create more social value for the enterprise,and build a piece of green water and blue sky for the human society.
