| In industrial water treatment system,silicon would be included in raw water and circulating water,high silicon content can lead to the formtion of colloidal silica and silicate scale,circlulating system woulld be affect Scale inhibitors added into circulating cooling water system would be an economical and feasible method.to reduce the production of silicon scale.In this paper,use acrylic acid(AA)and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic Acid(AMPS)and N-tert-butylacrylamide(TBAM)as monomer,synthesis of ternary copolymer modified AA/AMPS/TBAM,for short of ZG-001.,Using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)to analysis of its composition.The results show that this paper got the target product.Polymer TH-2000,Acumer-3100,ZG-001,and PAA were chosen as the silica scale inhibitor.Colloidal silica,calcium silicate,and magnesium silicate were test on static testing in order to research the silicate scale inhibiting properties.Dissolved silicon concentration is 500mg · L-1,48 hours later,silicon solutions joined the mass concentration of 120 mg · L-1 ZG-001 remaining concentration of dissolved silicon in up to 277 mg · L-1.In the solutions which dissolved silicate and calcium or magnesium ion concentration is 500mg · L-1,the ZG-001 shows the best scale performance and also,its economic scale concentration is 120 mg · L-1,the remaining concentration of dissolved silicon in up to 352 mg · L-1 and 331 mg · L-1.ZG-001 shows the better scale inhibitor performance,and for silicate scale inhibition shows better than colloidal silica.ZG-001,PESA,ATMP and HEDP were compound together,the scale inhibitor and compound mass concentration ratio were 0.85:0.15.Experiments show that ZG-001 and PESA mixed inhibition work best The optimum concentration of colloidal silica and silicate ratio is 102 mg · L-1ZG-001+18 mg · L-1PESA,the remaining concentration of dissolved silicon in up to 332 mg · L-1 380 mg · L-1 and 371 mg · L-1.The polymer ZG-001 deposition has better inhibition action of silicon in aqueous solution,and silicate scale inhibition shows better than colloidal silica.After the compound scale inhibitor performs better,the efficiency was satisfactory. |
