Study On Recycling Of Construction Waste

The recycling of construction waste is an important part of the whole life cycle of the building.It is the key link to realize the resource saving and energy saving and emission reduction in the construction field.The research on the recycling of the construction waste has become a top priority in the urban renewal and construction work.In the municipal road project,the requirement for strength of the aggregate is not high,and it is not related to the safety problem.More importantly,the application demand of the recycled aggregate in the road project is huge,and the application potential of the waste recycled aggregate is very large.Therefore,the effective use of construction waste in municipal road works may be one of the fastest,easiest and most effective ways to solve the siege of construction waste and recycle resources.In this paper,the research and analysis of the key technologies used in municipal road engineering of recycled waste in construction waste are carried out.The main research results are as follows:(1)The key process in the regeneration process of construction waste is to link the fragmentation and sieving of the building waste material.The key to this process is to improve the crushing efficiency of the building waste material.Prefabrication of construction waste not only can effectively remove the smaller particles in the construction waste,but also can remove the water in the building waste material,in order to improve the efficiency of construction waste screening lay a good foundation.(2)According to the composition of construction waste and technical indicators of the test results can be used for municipal roads asphalt pavement surface,semi-rigid base,cushion and other parts.(3)Construction waste recycled aggregate can be applied to the drainage base,the relevant test results show that the deflection value and other technical indicators are within the scope of the relevant specifications.(4)Construction waste recycled aggregate can be used in municipal road asphalt pavement,indoor test and test section core results show that the material has a good road performance.(5)At the management level,the paper discusses the ways and means of dealing with the construction waste,and puts forward the relevant opinions and suggestions on the disposal of construction waste in the government and related departments and enterprises.
