With the development of our economy, large frequent natural disasters and infrastructureupdating constantly in recent years, so a large amount of construction wastes such as wasteconcrete is produced and is surrounding the homelands where we survive. Since the21stcentury, problems of resources and environments are becoming continuously outstanding,which makes speeding up the study of construction waste recycling imminent.This paper is based on the existing researches of construction waste recycling bothinternal and external. Start from the construction waste management system home and abroad.The basic theory of the construction waste recycling has been analyzed and the constructionwaste recycling process and equipment configuration have been improved. Relying on theconstruction waste recycled aggregate used in practical engineering, the performance ofaggregate has been tested and the process of the existing has been modified. As the exampleof concrete block construction waste in areas such as engineering, highway application in theproduction. Combined with the performance characteristics of construction waste recycledaggregate, the key link recycling process has been analyzed. Finally, the configurationoptimization method has been proposed and the evaluation index of equipment configurationhas been established.From the above mentioned work, this paper made the following progress:Firstly, it analyses the whole process of construction waste recycling. It starts from themanagement of construction waste both in China and overseas, studies the academic supportof construction waste recycling and the government’s efforts in legislation, which is the basisof setting up and improving the whole society to promote the treatment of construction waste.Secondly, it summarizes the advanced treatment process at home and abroad, comparesthe advantages and disadvantages of these processes, analyzes the differences, and makescertain improvements of them. It also compares the working principles and workingperformances of the crushing and screening processes in the regeneration technology.Thirdly, based on the use of recycled aggregate in specific projects, it tests the functionof the recycled aggregate, and raises the improvement of current technology. It takes the application of construction waste in highway engineering and concrete blockproducing as an example, combined with its own characteristics, and brought forwardtechnology control for the key points.Finally, it sets up evaluating indicators according to the supporting use of constructionwaste recycling facilities. Through the research of the function involved in the whole systemof construction waste recycling and the operation rules of productivity, It put forward amethod to optimize configuration, as well as establishing evaluating indicators.
