Petroleum sulfate is the main object in this paper,It can make up for the deficiencies of the polyacrylamide in practice,and has a good ability to adapt to higher activity,and not easy to damage in the oilfield exploitation oil related equipment in the work,relatively friendly to the environment.The sulfate process needs to be dried at the stage,which requires a qualified clean air,which is also a very important process.The air quality of this step is directly related to the quality of the oil,and is also an important step in the production process.In the course of this study is mainly used in SUPCON JX-300 XP control system to work out the corresponding PID program,through this procedure to achieve the control of the air drying stage.We can achieve real-time monitoring of fans,pumps and other equipment,but also monitor the temperature of the production process.In this process,the various parameters of PID will be adjusted to meet the requirements of the control system to achieve more accurate monitoring.Through the JX300 XP system to the drying tower and the valves in order to monitor and manage,this system also has the alarm function,through the relevant interface to draw the historical trend curve,can meet the requirements of real-time monitoring.
