Taking a type of four cold rolling mill for the study,in order to solve the problem of flatness control in the rolling production,in the large number of documents and summary of previous work,the integrated use of elastic roll system deformation theory and the plate shape theory,established the mathematical model of the rolling process of flatness control,combined with the mathematical model of flatness control and then establish the finite element model of shape control and do simulation analysis.The actual engineering data in the rolling production process is tested and collected,and the shape control characteristics of the rolling mill are studied and analyzed,it is proved that the control model and the simulation results are correct and reliable.The main contents are as follows:(1)The four cold rolling mill was analyzed,the strip shape and the plate crown were analyzed.The main components namely rolling of plate and strip rolling mill production plate shape and plate convexity is studied,then introducing the basic theory of plate shape andplate convexity and discriminant methods,analyzes the relationship between plate flatness,plate convexity and plate shape,according to the problems and defect in the strip shape to study the commonly used method of shape control.(2)According to the basic theory of rolling process,the mathematic model of shape control is established.The influencing factors of elastic flattening of roller system are considered,and the roll function is analyzed and studied by means of influence function method.The relationship between rolling force and bending force is obtained by calculating the mathematical model.(3)Based on the mathematic model of the shape control,using ANSYS / LS-DYNA to establish the finite element model of the strip shape control under the elastic deformation of the roller system,and the model is simulated and analyzed.Using the finite element model based on mathematical models to get the impact on the plate crown curve such as rolling width,roll bending and other factors.The whole plate and strip rolling process dynamic simulation and obtained deformation roll system.(4)Combined with four cold rolling mill the measured data in the process of production,a further analysis of the model to verify the accuracy of the article.The actual project data analysis and finite element simulation values obtained were compared.By analyzing the variation between the two,get two changes of consistency,as well as further verify the correctness of theoretical and practical value of the model established.
