Cold-strip profile is major measure standard to cold-rolled products' quality. The impaction of cold-rolled products flatness includes the nature strip itself (internal) and rolling conditions (exogenous) . The internal cause refers to metal's physical property, like hardened characteristic, resistance to deformation and so on; External factor including strap geometry characteristic and rolling condition. Geometry characteristic including strap generously compared to, original yard lumber convexity and so on; Rolling condition including rolling pressure and roller convexity (Like friction condition, roller diameter, tensity force, rolling speed, curved roller strength, attrition and so on) , As well as can change between the roller the contact pressure distributed factor(Like roller contour, initial roller convexity) all can affect the shape of strip.Because the rolling process is a very complex three dimensional elastoplasticity distortion process, It is the physical misalignment, and also the geometry misalignment, mainwhile, the boundary condition is also quite complex, Therefore is also non-linear. Using elastoplasticity finite element software study and analysis plasticity processing metal mobile rule, metal in load process distortion entire process, stress and strain distribution, roll force size, metal particle displacement and speed as well as after unloading residual stress and strain distribution. It has the important theory significance and the application value to improves the rolling craft, to improve the product quality and the precision, and reduces the production cost.Therefore, this article uses ANSYS in software's LS-DYNA module, carries on the computer simulation to Anshan Steel and iron company, Cold-rolling mill's five rack cold rolling mill rolling process. In the computer simulation process, has realized embarks from the sole influencing factor - primitive straightness analyzes the strap primitive straightness after the rolling the shape of strip influence. In this article carried on the ideal shape of strip rolling, to have the crosswise ripple rolling and to have the longitudinal ripple rolling process analysis separately, through to the strap rolling distortion process's analysis, obtained in the rolling process the rolled piece distortion characteristic, will analyze the gross data provided to the actual production, simultaneously adopted the corresponding method to reduce straightness to the strap product shape of strip influence.
