Ion exchange membrane electrolysis alkali process is appeared in the mid 1970 s era significance of caustic soda technology is a landmark,is recognized by the world's most advanced technology and the most economical and reasonable method of caustic soda production in the,is the development direction of nowadays and in the future for a period of time of electrolysis of caustic soda technology.In recent years,the production of caustic soda is increasing,the new ion membrane electrolysis device is also increasing,and the rapid development also brings some problems.This paper analyzes the current situation of chlor alkali industry,introduces the development and current status of ionic membrane electrolyzer,the Asahi Kasei ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer and production technology process.This paper analyzes the calculation method of electrolytic power consumption and current efficiency,mainly analyzes the influence of the two major technical indicators that influence factors of electrolytic power consumption and the current efficiency,pointed out to the regular replacement of ionic membrane electrolyzer,due to the anode network,regular replacement update generation of ionic membrane electrolyzer to ensure low voltage electrolysis operation.At the same time,we must ensure that two times the quality of brine of ionic membrane so as to ensure the efficient and stable operation.Debugging through different conditions the analysis of the operation data of each process under different working conditions,points out the best running process by running conditions.The problems in the process of analysis,summary some problems of the possibility,especially on the high price of ionic membrane prone to pinhole leak reason,and puts forward the points for attention,which can be used as a production process of some reference,to avoid a similar situation,thus can reduce the economic loss,reduce chemical production process on the environment pollution,reduce the cost of caustic soda production,reducing energy consumption,for enterprises to increase economic benefit.
