As we all know,ecology and green are the development directions of global economy.Green innovation results play an increasingly important role in human society,so green innovation is generally recognized by all the world.At the international level,developed governments such as the United States,Germany and Japan have successively put forward green development strategies.While at the domestic level,the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China creatively put forward the "five in one" overall layout of new ecological civilization construction,and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee raised the "Innovation,Coordination,Green,Opening and Sharing" to an unprecedented strategic height.Green innovation has become the future development orientation of cities and regions.Therefore,deepening regional cooperation,fully stimulating the vitality of innovation subjects,and promoting regional green collaborative innovation are the important power and guarantee for the realization of the overall layout of "five in one" and the sustainable development of economy and society.Based on the theory of innovation geography and multi-dimensional proximity,this paper uses the methods of social network analysis and econometric geography analysis to construct the urban green innovation network system of China from the perspectives of knowledge collaborative innovation and technology collaborative innovation respectively,then studies the spatial-temporal pattern of the subject,network structure and urban connection of green collaborative innovation.Meanwhile,the collaborative data is placed in the dimension of urban relationship through the cusp catastrophe system,and the zero inflation negative binomial regression model is introduced to empirically analyze the influential factors of urban green collaborative innovation in China,so as to provide relevant policy suggestions for regional collaborative innovation strategy.Based on the big data mining data of 26702 green co authored papers and 16924 green joint patent applications in 2008-2017,this paper divides the research area into two research periods: 2008-2012 and 2013-2017.Using social network analysis and quantitative geographic analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of green collaborative innovation in China,and then analyzes the green collaborative innovation from the perspective of knowledge and technology Finally,combining the theory of innovation geography and multi-dimensional proximity,we use cusp catastrophe system to put the collaborative data of knowledge and technology innovation into the dimension of urban relationship,and introduce the negative binomial regression model of zero inflation to the influencing factors and performance of Chinese urban green collaborative innovation The regularities are proved.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From the perspective of the current situation of green collaborative innovation,the trend of cross city collaboration is gradually highlighted,and the cities around Beijing and resource-based cities have high enthusiasm for participation.(2)From the perspective of innovation subject and subject relationship,in terms of green knowledge collaborative innovation,colleges and universities are the main participants.Over time,colleges-universities and collegesuniversities scientific research institutions have gradually become the mainstream collaborative modes.In terms of green technology collaborative innovation,enterprises are the leaders of technological innovation.In terms of spatial distribution,except Beijing,the participation of other urban universities and scientific research institutions is not high.The main way of technological innovation in cities outside Beijing is cooperation among enterprises.(3)From the perspective of network structure,China's urban green collaborative innovation network has not yet entered the mature period,showing a strong spatial imbalance,and the rank structure of green collaborative innovation cities is unreasonable.With the development of time,the Matthew effect of "stronger,weaker" is increasingly significant.(4)From the perspective of network node hierarchy and spatial-temporal pattern,there is an obvious "Core-edge" structure in the green collaborative innovation network.The core circle cities of the knowledge collaborative network are mainly municipalities directly under the central government and provincial capital cities.Except Beijing,the Yangtze River Delta is the main gathering area of green knowledge collaborative innovation.The core node cities of the technology collaborative network are concentrated in Beijing?Shanghai and Shenzhen,and form the secondary node of Zhengzhou and Bohai economic circle urban agglomeration.(5)In terms of the spatial-temporal pattern of urban green collaborative innovation,the core cities are closely linked;the green knowledge collaborative innovation network has formed an umbrella structure with Beijing as the vertex,and the main urban links have evolved from "one point three axis" to "one point multi axis",and the cities prefer choosing cities with rich educational resources as collaborative innovation partners of green knowledge.In the green technology collaborative innovation network,with the passage of time,the strength of the original strongest contact city to Beijing-Fushun's urban connection weakens,while the green technology collaborative relationship of the "triangle channel" with Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen as the apex is continuously strengthened,and at the same time,many new urban collaborative connection channels are opened up.(6)From the perspective of influencing factors,geographical proximity,social proximity,institutional proximity,regulatory environmental policy,urban science and technology investment,urban infrastructure level,scientific research and education resource level have significant promotion effect on urban green collaborative innovation,significant retardation effect on economic development level difference,and no obvious influence effect on Incentive environmental policy.As time goes on,the impact of incentive environmental policy is not significant.The influence degree of proximity,social proximity,urban science and technology investment,urban infrastructure,scientific research and education resources are declining,while the influence degree of institutional proximity,economic development level differences and regulatory environmental policies are increasing.
