Water environment pollution that the biggest problem of Tumushuke City faced is concerned by the government and the public,along with the rapid economic development and the gradual improvement of the people’s living standards,however,there sewage water treatment plant in the city,which processing capacity is far less than its design capacity,need to build and equipment and did not play its capacity,sewage treatment plant process backward,poor water quality,effect is not ideal,the sewage pipe network mainly built in the center district,urban pipe network coverage is low,domestic sewage discharged into the nearest side ditch,seepage pits,natural infiltration underground,sewage lifting pumping station scale and facilities to meet the needs of.So the sewage treatment doesn’t demand the development of the city.Considered the future development and the improvement of,a sewage treatment plant is needed for the city.After the investigation to the water demand of the city,the treatment capacity of the sewage treatment plant is determined as 24,000 m~3/d and the area is 5.69 ha.Considered the development of the city,the current capacity is 12,000 m~3/d and the area is 3.09 ha.The treatment process of the plant is as follows: pretreatment,secondary treatment,advanced treatment and disinfection.Screen and grit chamber are used in the pretreatment for the removal of large size particles and sands.A2/O micro-aeration oxidation ditch is adopted in the secondary treatment on account of the better adaption,convenient management,low operation cost and better effluent quality.Coagulation and fiber turntable filtration are used in the advanced treatment for the low area and better effluent quality.The disinfectant is chlorine dioxide.As the variation of water consumption in the city,mechanical mixing and flocculation are adopted in the coagulation.Mechanical thickening followed by belt dewatering are used in the excess sludge treatment.Lime is used for the half drying of the sludge.
