CNC Laser Cutting Machine Interaction Design Research

Since 21 century,under the pressure of market economic system,mechanical industry has been greatly impacted.In the traditional design of mechanical equipment,people pay more attention to the design of equipment functions.However,in some certain circumstance,they pay less attention to the perspective of human used operating system.This thesis studies the design of numerical control laser cutting machine,according to the method of interactive design and uses the interactive design as theoretical basis.This thesis firstly introduces the research background and the development tendency of numerical control laser cutting machine.The classification,structure and function of it are analyzed in detail.Secondly,this thesis discusses the concept of interactive design and interactive design methods,and describes the interactive mode and its implementation.Then,this thesis emphatically analyzes the user task model and the characteristics of interactive behavior based on the analysis of the user,the using environment and the application process of the CNC laser cutting machine,and establishes the interactive design model of CNC laser cutting machine.Finally,this interactive design model is applied to the actual operation of CNC laser cutting machine.In a word,this thesis emphasizes on the interactive design of numerical control laser cutting machine and analyzes the application of interactive theory in the design of CNC laser cutting machine.Through assessing the interactive process and application situation,it summarizes the core design concept in CNC laser cutting machine.The interactive design model is applied to the design of 1325 CNC laser cutting machine and finally completed the improvement of the main body and work interface.This thesis through the combination of interactive design theory and the design of mechanical equipment,explores a design method to make the mechanical industrial productsmore comfortable and efficient,which provides a useful reference for the design of mechanical industrial products.
