At present,ultrafine particles are widely used in many industries.In production and life,the environment of ultrafine particles can enter the human body through the movement,a certain amount of damage to the human body.At the same time,due to the physicaland chemical characteristics of ultrafine particles,ultrafine particles in the environment can easily lead to explosion,which threatens the safety of people's lives and property.In this paper,the indoor workshop was taken as the model and the ultrafine titanium dioxide particleske wastaken as the example.These were both for studying the movement of the titanium dioxide,which was based on the different wind speeds,different wind directions and different particle sizes.First of all,the physical model and mathematical methods are established,and the grid and boundary are set up by Gambit.The problems are solved and the results are processed by Fluent software.The designed conditions were : what is the movement of the titanium dioxide? when wind speed was at 1m/s or 2m/s.what is the movement of the titanium dioxide? when wind speed was at 2m/s and from door,left window or right window.what is the movement of the titanium dioxide? when wind was from left window and the speed was at 2m/s,particle sizes were 1 nm?10 nm?100 nm.we studied the various factors influenced on the the movement of the titanium dioxide situation by recording and statistics of numerical diffusion concentration range,the highest concentration of particle diffusion in different time particles.The experimental results show that when the wind speed is 2m/s,the effect of the indoor space of ultrafine titanium dioxide particle removal is better than that of 1m/s.The same external conditions,the exhaust fan is arranged on the ultrafine titanium dioxide particles exit across the case that is left of the window,ultrafine titanium dioxide?TiO2?particles of dust effect than other wind ultrafine titanium dioxide?TiO2?particles dust effect significantly.The same external conditions,when the ultrafine titanium dioxide particle size was significantly reduced,ultrafine titanium dioxidethe smaller the particle size,concentration and the highest concentration range is bigger,the dust removal effect is worse.
