Offshore drilling has an important position in oil and gas exploration and development,It is also an significant mean of efficient and safe development for offshore oil and gas resources.In offshore drilling,Due to improper of the well design and constructionand other factors,it would easily lead to blowout.Blowout is one of the most serious accidents in offshore oil and gas exploration and development operations,not only will bring serious casualties and property damage,but also may cause a huge environmental disaster.In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of blowout,the development of real-time monitoring,rapid response,dynamic response of the sea blowout real-time monitoring system is particularly important.Therefore,research on the sea blowout real-time monitoring system,to ensure economic security for the development of oil and gas resources has important practical significance.Based on the dynamic tracking for the research of domestic and foreign,Usingthe improved fault tree analysis method,the relative weight of each risk factor is calculated,and the key factors of the blowout are determined.According to the abnormal changes of the key real-time parameters of the offshore drilling operation,the expert system and the Bayesian network discriminant model that based on Hadoop are established,And then realize the timely prediction of the blowout accident in the course of operation.Combined with the actual sea environment,this paper designs the overall architecture of the real-time monitoring system of the offshore blowout,and builds the key modules in the system(the key risk factor monitoring module,the drilling parameters real-time Monitoring module,accident warning module and accident handling module),considering the key risk factors that affect the blowout accident and the abnormal changes of the key parameters of the blowout at different drilling conditions,the double warning mechanism of trend warning and real-time warning is put forward.Using Visual Studio2015 development platform,based onVB.NET programming language,developed real-time monitoring system(security login module,initial setting module,data acquisition/ deposit module,discrimination/warning module and control module),and the reliability of the system is analyzed by actual example.The results show that the factors have important influence on blowout occurred,such as blowout preventer failure,choke manifold fault and marine risersrupture,but the effect of mud density meter failure and lack of centralizer is relatively small.The improved fault tree analysis method can reduce the error in the calculation process,and the result is more realistic.The expert system and the Bayesian network discriminant model that based on Hadoop have the characteristics of high accuracy and real-time,The rapid processing and analysis of the key real-time parameters can be obtained and the reliable judgment result can be given.The double warning mechanism can realize the coordinated monitoring of the key risk factors and the key real-time parameters of the drilling operation,The results show that the blowout real-time monitoring system is in good agreement with the actual operation,and the effect is better,it is worthy to promote.
