In the traditional laser cutting,the laser beam and the auxiliary gas nozzle must be coaxial to ensure the consistency of the processing quality.It has been found that if the focus of the laser irradiation material and the central axis of the auxiliary gas injection focal point are different,the processing quality and processing rate of the workpiece can be effectively improved.Therefore,a compact,high-speed,high-precision driver is required to ensure real-time control of the position of the laser beam and auxiliary gas focus.According to the requirements of the above-mentioned drive,based on the characteristics of magnetic drive technology.The paper,based on the first generation of experimental prototype,proposed a robust control of the laser cutting machine optical path magnetic control platform.In the experimental study of the first generation of experimental prototype,it is found that the position accuracy of the three permanent magnets has a great influence on the trajectory control of the actuator.Therefore,an optimized scheme is proposed to design and manufacture the second generation Experimental prototype.In the structure,the use of three sets of differential electromagnets to provide 3 degrees of freedom of the driving force,the use of axial magnetization of the ring permanent magnet to provide restoring force.The micro-movement platform in the plane of flat,you can achieve X,Y-direction translation and C-axis rotation.According to the structure of the driver,the mathematical model of the radial magnetism and the mathematical model of the differential electromagnet are established by the virtual displacement method.The finite element analysis and experimental study of the permanent magnet spring and the theoretical calculation of the electromagnet are carried out respectively The experimental results show that the parameters of the permanent magnet and the parameters of the electromagnetic coil on the mechanical properties are clarified,and the air gap of the micro-platform in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is determined.The dynamic model of the laser optical path control actuator is established.Because of the linearization of the differential electromagnet and the permanent magnetic spring near the working point in the establishment of the dynamic model,the model can not express the system characteristics accurately.Therefore,the robust control strategy is selected in the control system.Characteristics,select the appropriate parameters,the use of MATLAB robust control toolbox,designed a hybrid sensitivity robust controller,with MATLAB / Simulink simulation analysis.Based on the seamless connection between dSPACE1104 / controldesk and MATLAB / Simulink,the experimental study of response characteristics,position characteristics and corner characteristics is carried out.
