With the new vertical shaft of coal mine cross-over special thick alluvium, the double layer reinforced concrete shaft lining's force condition is more and more complexer, in order to clarify the force condition of the double layer reinforced concrete shaft lining, bring the design of shaft lining into line with the actual, this paper accord with the site actual measurement data, by the way of theoretical analysis and engineering measured study, carry on the systematic study of the force mechanics of the double layer reinforced concrete shaft lining and distribution law of inner and outer force. In theory, on the one hand, carry on the systematic study of the test principle of transducer, temperature correction, stiffness match and so on;on the other hand ,carry on the analysis of mechanics of freezing pressure, the mechanics of inner and outer shaft lining of high strength concrete, both inner and outer edge of the stress status. In engineering measured study, firstly, by the way of site actual measurement, obtained a large number of measured data;secondly, at the basis of this to carry on the analysis of freezing pressure, outer shaft lining's reinforced stress, outer shaft lining's concrete strain, outer shaft lining's temperature;thirdly, regress the empirical formula of freezing pressure in special thick alluvium, and point out the change law of outer shaft lining's freezing pressure, outer shaft lining's reinforced stress, outer shaft lining's concrete strain, outer shaft lining's temperature.The conclusion indicate that with increasing depth, according to the old formula to calculate the freezing pressure and to carry on the design of double layer reinforced concrete shaft lining's outer shaft lining aren't reasonable, according to the regression formula are more scientific, and which there are some law that outer shaft lining's reinforced stress, outer shaft lining's concrete strain and outer shaft lining's temperature. The conclusion of this paper are important significance to freezing shaft design and construction in special thick alluvium, can be used for the double layer reinforced concrete shaft lining's stress analysis and design calculation as reference.
