| Spilled oil is one of the main pollutants in the water and oil spill accidents usually happen to ocean drilling platforms,oil pipelines and ship navigation.After taking place,the oil spill will spread further with the flow and cause large area of water pollution.Early discovery of oil spill accident and taking effective measures according to different types of oil spill can effectively reduce environmental pollution caused by oil spill and economic loss.Ultraviolet induced fluorescence detecting oil spill on the water surface is the best detective method with high efficiency and identification accuracy.It is characterized by high prewaning accuracy and all-weather detection.It can detect oil film at micron level.It is also the only technical means which can detect ice surface,snowfield and gravel surface.The paper discusses the theory of ultraviolet induced fluorescence in the respective of energy level excitation and concludes fluorescence excitation rate equation and influencing factors of fluorescence excitation efficiency.Through setting up oil spill detection test platform,the paper completes fluorescence excitation detection of different types of oil in the dark room and lab and concludes corresponding oil distinguishing formula.It tests fluorescence excitation intensity of different thicknesses of oil and summarizes the reason why fluorescence intensity varies with the change of the thickness of oil film.Besides,the paper tests the fluorescent intensity of oil at different detection heights,which provides experimental basis and theoretical basis for later light intensity compensation.Moreover,the paper sets up and tests the signal filter circuit of photoelectric sensor,designs fluorescence excitation system,signal receiving system and its shading structure and uses TracePro simulation software to verify the shading effect of shading structure.Oil spill prewarning control system adopts two STC89C58 SCMs,performing coodinative work by the master and slave.Through contrast,the system introduces AD module,distance measuring sensor,color sensor,temperature and humidity sensor,wireless communication module,display module,clock module and voice prewarning module,which extends the function of system and enhances the detection efficiency further.The paper programs,debugs and operates the above modules in C language,applies Average filtering algorithm and Kalman filtering algorithm for filtering processing of fluorescence signal,which makes the detection signal more stable.In addition,the paper designs operation logic of prewaming system and sets up two modes of detection.Through programming of SCM,it realizes real-time remote sensing and automatic prewaming and completes oil spill prewarning and identification of the type of oil spilled. |
