According to different requirements,the article used a solvent called cyclohexane and monomers including St and Bt and made ETE,SDBS and PMDETA as its structure regulator to combine Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber with a different proportion of St and vinyl by industrial model test.By controlling the reaction conditions in the process of experiment,in this experiment we wanted to explore the impact of changes of structure regulators and reaction conditions to the microstructure of the synthesis of Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber,St and the proportion of vinyl.Through the data records of the process of experiment,the article made a micro analysis for the synthetic product of Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber by the analytical tools of FTIR and GPC.And what’s more,the article made a correlation analysis of mechanical properties of rubbers for Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber which had an after treatment.As for Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber3840,this article explored the impacts on microstructure made by structure regulator and the influence of different reaction condition for vinyl and the proportion of St.And as for Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber1550,the paper study the rules of the impacts that structure regulator’s dosage and polymerization temperature make to molecular chain distribution and vinyl’s purity.And also,we made a performance test on Preparation of tires in middle pilot products.One of the experiment target is to make sure that Styrene block will not show up when Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber3840 synthesis controls Vinyl content so that the performance of the rubber can be improved.And the other is that the dosage of structure regulator ETE and reaction temperature can be confirmed when producing Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber1550 under the condition of industrialization.The experiment results show that compounded regulator ETE and SDBS achieve their goals of Synthesis of completely random rate Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber3840 by adjusting the total dosage but their effect degrees are different.The results of the performance test on(Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber1550 on Synthetic products Preparation of tires show that it has application values.The compounded Solution Polymerized Styrene Butadiene Rubber related brand products referred in this article are in the middle pilot industrial test conditions on the pilot device which has a certain reference value for industrial production.
