The waste material of broiler chicken,which means a kind of waste after the broiler chicken slaughtered.About 55%of the total weigh.While,chicken waste is mainly used for comprehensive processing and utilization,the rest were discharged into the field,low utilization efficiency.It can not only result in the pollution of the environment,but also the waste of resources.Fermentation advantages of the waste material of broiler chicken slaughtered made into microbial fertilizer are long-term,energy saving,non-toxic and low cost,which is helpful to the sustainable development of the agriculture and the protection of environment,improving resource utilization.By screening,this test will find the dominant bacteria which have the function of fermentation to the waste material of broiler chicken.And,observing their physiological and biochemical capacity by morphology so that infer the category.The test obtains three kinds of dominant bacteria which called Acid-producing Klebsiella oxytoca strain,Serratia liquefaction,and Candida tropicalis.The test extents the medium formula of the compounding bacteria,Holding single factor test and optimizing test results,the temperature,pH,and the culture speed.The final medium formula of the expanding training is,glucose 20g/L,peptone 15g/L,sodium chloride 0.1 g/L,Magnesium Sulfate 0.25g/L,Potassium dihydrogen sulfate 0.25g/L.The condition after optimization is that putting the suitable activated liquid into the optimized medium according to the proportion of 5%(v/v)of the number of bacteria,the temperature should be stay at 30℃,the pH should be 7.0,and the rotating speed should be 160r/min for 14 hours.Putting the final extending training liquid of compounding bacteria into the unfermented waste material,inspecting the affection of the fermentation according to five factors:the number of bacteria,the temperature,the hour,the rotating speed,and the liquid,these should follow the indicates of content of the Free amino acid nitrogen.And according to the real production situation,the test choose the major factors are:the number of bacteria,the temperature,and the rotating speed,and using the response surface center combination design to optimize it.The final Process parameters is:the number of bacteria is 5.39%,the rotating speed is 178.89r/min,the temperature is 30.06℃,the hour should be 5 days,and the proportion of liquid is 1:8.Under this condition,the theoretical value of the Free amino acid nitrogen is 10.0047g/L.According to the test,the real value of the Free amino acid nitrogen in the fermentation liquid is 9.88 g/L.The test shows that the real experimental results is close to predictive value,which shows that the test has a high credibility.The fermentation products were tested to meet the standard of compound microbial fertilizer(NY/T798-2004).The total nutrient content of fermented fertilizer is 4.2%,the effective number of viable bacteria is 0.97 X 108cfu/mL,and the rate of mixed bacteria is 12%,pH6.9.The final results of the fertilizer efficiency test is:Making the fertilizer fermentation diluted 100 times,the usage is 5mL/d,grown for 7 days.The average plant is 4.5cm higher than the commercially available common microbial fertilizer crops,which proved better than those of commercially available common microbial fertilizer.
