With the market economy developing in China,Chinese small and medium enterprises(SMEs)have been through the first two steps: which are established and rapidly growth,also become an important part in the national economy of China.Especially in the following aspects such as increasing employment,promote innovation,expand investment and active market.However,with the change of the times and the deepening of social reform,small and medium-sized enterprises in the development process is also facing many problems,such as the serious loss of staff,staff aging,staff quality can not meet the needs of enterprise development and other human resource management problems.The emergence of these problems put forward higher requirements for the staff training of small and medium-sized enterprises.As a part of the small and medium-sized enterprise JY company,is also facing the problem of how to enhance the level of staff training,understand the training needs,mining potential employees and enhance the level of human resources in enterprises,has become a problem that must be solved for further development of JY company.Firstly,this paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of the writing,and points out the relevant theories of human resources training and development,and expounds the concrete contents and methods of the research.Secondly,overview JY company’s general situation from the following aspects:organization structure and staff training system.Thirdly,the research method applied in this paper include questionnaire,depth interview,as well as short-term internship in JY company to collect more information of human resources management.Fourthly,based on the collected information,analysis JY company’s current problems about human resource management,also reveal the representative problems for Chinese SMEs.Such as: lack of training needs analysis,training a single form,the lack of rational planning,etc..And explore the causes of these problems.Then according to the existing staff training system in JY company,basedon the related theories of human resources training and development as the guide,combining with the actual situation of the enterprise,give suggestions for improvement.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is given,and the future direction of further research is also discussed.This paper starts from the related theories of human resources training and development,and puts forward the optimization scheme of employee training management for the staff training problems.This enterprise staff training system optimization program is not only conducive to JY company to improve the level of staff training,the training and development of human resources for other small and medium-sized enterprises also have reference.
