Research On Visual Safety Management Implementation Based On Hall Three Dimensions Structure Model

This thesis is based on the project research.During the process of investigation,founding small and micro ammonia refrigeration enterprises facing some problems,including terrible situation of safety managementand the low education level of the staff.According to its personnel cognitive characteristics,this thesis puts forward the use of visual safety management to improve the production environment of enterprises,so as to improve the level of enterprise safety management.Firstly,we find that visual management research and applicationlacking of theoretical research and organizational implementation and long-term management,relying on experience,that is,visual management lacks systematic implementation methods.As a result of this,this thesis presents a system implementation model of visual safety management based on Hall model theoryfrom the angle of system engineering.The model is based on visual management,security information cognitive processing theory,security information communication theory and Hall model theory.According to the model,it includes content dimension,visual tools design dimension,organization and implement dimension.Content dimension focuses on determining the visual content of safety management,accordingto the elements of safety management,the content is divided into peoplesubsystem,machine subsystem,material subsystem,method subsystem and environment subsystem,so as to clear the scope of visual tools' designation.The visual tool design dimension first the determinethe objects,namely,hazardous and harmful factors,then the basic requirements are determined according to the cognitive characteristics of the enterprise personnel and the conditions of the enterprise itself,finally the designation and setting of visual tools;Organizational implementation dimension focuses on the deployment and sustained role of visual safety management.The implementation of visual safety management from the above three dimensions is scientific and systematic.Finally,the implementation model is applied to small ammonia refrigeration enterprises to guide the work.Implement content division,Visual safety management guidelines and visual security management organization landing are carried out.From the point of view of application,it has achieved very good results.
