In this paper,the optimum treatment capacity of the sand of the specific size is determined b y the influence of the concentration of sand,the diameter of the particles and the inlet flow on the separation efficiency.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The numerical simulation of the flow field of the desander with high pressure was carrie d out by FLUENT software.The turbulence model,the solver and the calculation method are s elected,and the separation mechanism of the desander is further explored by simulation.(2)Given the structural size of the desander,a geometric model is established,and the distri bution of the flow field is studied by grid partitioning and boundary condition setting.(3)Based on the gas-solid two-phase simulation,the maximum separation efficiency was ob tained by changing the concentration of sand,particle diameter and inlet flow,and the maximu m separation efficiency was obtained by 144 groups,which is the best processing capacity.(4)The conclusion is that the separation efficiency increases with the increase of the inlet fl ow rate.With the increase of the particle diameter,the separation efficiency increases graduall y.With the increase of the sand concentration,the separation efficiency increases first,then decreases.(5)Through the simulation results of the study,the impact of the operating parameters of th e regression analysis,the formula,in the future work to continue to improve the work of the eq uipment transferred to the best processing capacity in the vicinity of the guidance of the work Has practical significance.
