Oily sludge is a kind of solid waste with complicated component and stable property,and produced in the progress of petroleum development,transportation and refining.It will pose a serious threat to the surrounding ecological environment without treatment or treatment is substandard.Besides,oily sludge has high oil percentage and treatment cost.In order to reduce processing costs and reduce the waste of oil resources,it has become a urgent matter to design the rational oily sludge treatment technology and matching treatment devices during the development of the oil industry.Firstly,this paper analyzes the effect of demulsifier alone and compounded,and analyzes the effect of temperature,solid-liquid ratio,incubation time and pH value on the oil removal when the demulsifier NP-10 work alone,confirming the optimum conditions of chemical heat washing technology,through the oily sludge components experiments,chemical experiments and chemical experiment.According to the profile control technology of injection wells,a new technology and the matching devices in processing the oily sludge are designed.And also through the numerical simulation of fluid mixing impeller,the inclination angle of the impeller is optimized.In addition,the profile control agent formula experiment and profile control system evaluation experiment were carried out on the treated sludge,determining the formula of profile control agent system for oily sludge,and confirming the formulation of oil sludge profile control system and showing the gel profile control system has good affect on property and plugging.The field profile control experiment was carried out in A block of Changqing oil field and get good effect.The research of this technology provides a certain technical support for low cost and high efficiency treatment of oily sludge in oil field.
