This paper contains two parts: First, The laboratory research of washed separation for oily sludge. Second, The design and development of equipment for oil sludge treatment.Oily sludge without original value is produced by the treatment processes of mining, transportation, refining and oil wastewater existing with a series of forms in solid, mud state and the liquid slurry. It Mainly comes from the ground handling systems, sewage treatment systems, purifying agent floc, the corrosion products, dirt and bacteria during the progress of the mining of crude oil.The breaking effect of hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon ring in the oily sludge is significant, and it has become an important factor of destruction the environmental quality standards for emissions. In 1998, oil sediment was included in the national hazardous waste list. July 2003, the state of "sewage fee collection standards for management practices," the fees of the oil from 0.3 yuan per ton per month to 1,000 yuan per ton. April 1, 2005, implementing the new solid waste law, requiring payment of duties and sewage charges to hazardous waste sewage. The emissions of oily sludge not only seriously affected the ecological environment but also increased economic pressure.In gengel, the research of efficient method and equipment for treatment of oil sludge has become a development priority.In order to find an effective method for oil sludge treatment, recovery of oil resources, cleaning up the environment and reduceing the financial burden, we studied to the northern extension of Jiyuan Oilfield Fan oily sludge and determined the washing method of chemical heat. By mechanical stirring, hot water washing by the use of chemical additives has received good effect. Experimental studies in the washing, we have investigated the influence of oil temperature, washing time, solution acidity, solid-liquid ratio and pharmaceutical dosage to washing effect and find the best experimental conditions. (1) By screening a large number of reagents and experiments, we deployed a efficient reagents containing A1, A2, B4 and self-made gemini surfactants.(2) We have determined the best conditions:emperature 70℃, mixing time 1 h, pH = 9, solid-liquid ratio is 1:4, plus doses is 1%. the sand rate in oil is 2.40% ~ 3.25% under these conditions, That oil can be used with crude oil when less than 4%. And the sand whose oil rate is 3.67% ~ 4.23%, less than 5%, can be used as road construction or agricultural. Variable hazardous solid waste into harmless material could recyclable precious oil resources.(3) By the exploration of the optimal conditions, we have designed the equipment for separation of the oil sands.(4) At the base of the technology and equipment, we have tried many experiments on the different types of sludge by adding different concentrations and types of agents, and the results have achieved the expected goals.Our research have provided a mature, reliable technical support for the governance of oilfield waste, and provide valuable experience to other management of similar oilfield waste.
