Virtual Realization Of Electric Control System For Diesel Generating Set

Oil rig is one of the key equipment for oil and gas field development.Due to restrictions on the use of its special geographical location in the well away from the public network power supply system operations,it needs to use diesel generators to form a small grid to meet the demand for electricity.at least,The well site requires four generators to form a relatively independent power supply system.In order to ensure the continuity of power supply and the normal operation of diesel generators,it is necessary to improve the perceptual knowledge for the diesel generator and its electronic control system of this complex equipment and to strengthen the operation of its experimental understanding.In order to achieve a high degree of reduction of the scene of the three-dimensional visualization training software,it is necessary to use the existing development technology to hardware equipment virtualization.In this paper,CAT3500 diesel generator system is a simulation object.Firstly,the structure and composition of typical diesel generators are summarized.Based on the mathematical model of diesel generator set,a mathematical model of diesel generator set is established.Using MATLAB simulation tool to complete the simulation experiment of diesel generator set system,the variation curve of speed parameter of simulation result is processed to construct the relationship function of speed parameter.Secondly,the 3D model of diesel generator set and electric control cabinet is established by using MAYA3 D modeling software,and the 3D model is derived to generate data file.Using Unity3 D software to optimize the modeling of the model and virtual roaming of the well site and the electricity control room.Finally,using the programming language,the simulation results are combined with the 3D model of the virtual equipment.The simulation experiment provides the calculation data and the change curve,the 3D model reaches the demonstration function.The ultimate realization is the virtual system of the diesel electric control system.
