Explosion-proof diesel monorail is one of the important equipment of mineauxiliary transportation, it has a strong climbing ability, movement and flexibility,without restrictions of seam floor, etc. At present, China’s explosion-proof dieselengine monorail used in coal mine mainly dependent on imports, we has not a succeedprototypel of explosion-proof diesel monorail working in the underground.Explosion-proof diesel monorail is composed by diesel power system, electronic controlsystem, hydraulic system and mechanical structure. Electronic control system is animportant component of explosion-proof diesel monorail. This paper is mainly aboutthe design and development of electronic control system of explosion-proof dieselmonorail.First,this paper introduces the structure and composition,working principle ofproof diesel engineer unit and hydraulic system. By introduce the structure andcomposition,working principle of proof diesel engine unit and hydraulic system, wecan clear the functions of electronic control system of explosion-proof diesel monorail.Electronic control system is mainly complete engine running protection, hydraulicsystem monitoring and control of the vehicle.Second, this paper identifies the design plan of the electronic control system ofexplosion-proof diesel monorail.PLC is the core of the electronic control system,including the touch screen, sensors, solenoid valves and other explosion-proofelectrical components consisting of centralized monitoring and control systems. Thendescribe the design process of the electronic control system, the design of the electroniccontrol system includes hardware design and software design two parts. Hardwaredesign also includes hardware circuit design, electrical design and component selectionflameproof cabinet design.Software design can be divided into PLC program designand touch screen programming in two parts.Finally, we completed the design of the electronic control system simulation andexperimental analysis. Through simulation and experimental analysis of the electricalcontrol system,verificate the monitoring, control and protection functions which weredesigned and the reasonable of the electrical control system. All of these provideimportant technical support for the localization of explosion-proof diesel monorail.
