| As a commonly used ceramic packaging wine,ceramics,its raw materials are more complex,different types of ceramic bottles of raw materials are also different.Inside and outside wall of the ceramic container general to glaze,glaze is thin glass melting in clay products on the surface of a thin,uniform,glaze can not only decorative ceramic bottle and can prevent the leakage of wine,it has all the physical and chemical properties inherent in glass: smooth and bright and high hardness;corrosion resistance to acid and alkali.The reactions of water,acid and alkali with glaze include ion exchange,dissolution and adsorption,which make the gloss surface of glaze become dark,thin layer interference color or surface appear dent and aging.When the glaze is corroded,it will release lead,cadmium and other heavy metals,although the structure of the glaze is safe,but when the corrosion of the glaze and food contact,will still give people’s health damage.Therefore,this paper intends to study the law of migration of heavy metals from ceramic bottles to liquor and rice wine,optimize the formula and technology of ceramic wine bottles,and investigate the influence of ceramic wine bottles on the quality of liquor and yellow rice wine during storage.The main content as follows:1、The formulation and technology of ceramic bottle effects on wine quality and safety.Ceramic wine bottle as a container of wine has a certain history and unique advantages.However,the quality of ceramic bottles are uneven,and the influence of different formulations and processes on the quality of ceramic wine is rarely reported.This project studied the effect of different processes and formulations of ceramic bottles on the quality of 40 degrees liquor,53 degrees liquor and 12 degree Yellow Wine by determining physical index such as alcohol,p H,lead and cadmium concentration,total acids and total esters in different storage period(2 months,4 months and 6 months).The results showed that with the extension of storage period,for the liquor,the degree of decreased gradually,the total acid and total ester increased,the p H value decreased first and then increased,and there was no significant change in lead and cadmium.With the increase of storage time,for the yellow wine,alcohol content and lead content decreased gradually,total acid and cadmium did not change significantly,p H value decreased first and then increased.The high temperature ceramic wine bottle is more conducive to the storage of liquor and yellow wine,and the inner glaze of ceramic wine bottle has no obvious effect on the quality of liquor and yellow rice wine.2、A plant design about annual output of 2.4 million pieces of pottery and porcelain bottle factory.In this paper,the annual annual output of 2.4 million pieces of pottery and porcelain bottle factory plant design has carried on systematically.The main contents include plant general layout design,product design solutions and production processes,material accountancy and equipment selection,utility systems,environmental engineering,labor organizations,and economic analysis.The materials used for the production of the first to account for.Then,all major equipment used in the manufacturing process are selected and designed.Also,the water,electricity and gas consumption have been estimated.At last,the plant economic benefits are estimated.Moreover,the plant drawings are finished combined with various national,corporate standards.Combined with the learned knowledge and a great deal of literature,the equipment selected based on domestic actual level,the technology is used of domestic advanced techniques,which compared to the present technical level.So,the result has a certain reference value. |
