China is the world's biggest user of industrial boilers.At the end of 2011,there were 620300 coal-fired industrial boilers in the use,consumed about 640 million tons of raw coal,produced SO2 and NOx respectively 22.2%and 15%of the national total emissions.Coal-fired industrial boilers have large volume,high pollution intensity and scattered.A lot of industrial coal-fired boiler flue gas desulfurization and denitration facilities are not perfect.What is more,the situation of facilities not operating is very common.The main reason is that the investment and operation cost is high:and the existing flue gas desulfurization and denitration method can't meet the requirement of the industrial boilers' pollution control.Therefore,research for coal-fired industrial boilers,especially small and medium-sized boiler flue gas desulfurization and denitration process method is imminent.This topic used chlorine dioxide solution as absorbent in the self-made test apparatus,investigated simultaneous desulfurization and denitration efficiency in different conditions.The paper firstly tested the effect of pH,temperature,concentration and time on the available chlorine concentration in chlorine dioxide solution.In simultaneous desulfurization and denitration test,the best process conditions was determined,the pH value of absorption was 5,the gas flow rate was 30 m3/h,the concentration of chlorine dioxide is 200 mg/L,the liquid/gas ratio was 16 L/m3,the reaction temperature was 40 ?,and on the condition,the efficiency of desulfurization and denitration could retain 100%and 92.8%.The paper also analyzed the product of the desulfurization denitration and thermodynamics,the results showed that the absorption reaction could spontaneously depth,and theoretically proved the feasibility of the process.The process has high desulfurization and denitration efficiency,simple equipment,easy operation,low comprehensive cost and a good application prospect of promotion.
