Air pollution is becoming more and more serious with the development of society and urbanization.Haze is the "rising star" of air pollution in recent years.Haze weather has seriously affected people’s health.The main component of Haze-the main source of solid dust particles is coal combustion.In addition,there are harmful gases such as SO2 and NOx in the flue gas produced by coal combustion,which are the main substances causing air pollution.As a big coal consumption country,the use of coal not only promotes the development of urban industry and the heating of residents,but also seriously affects the atmosphere Environmental quality and people’s quality of life.It can be seen that it is imperative to carry out research on desulfurization,denitrification and dedusting technology of coal-fired flue gas.In this paper,aiming at exploring the forms of coal-fired desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal technologies suitable for Shenyang,the application and development status of various desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal technologies are analyzed,the principles and characteristics of various technologies are studied in depth,and the application status of desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal technologies is combined with the geographical environment conditions,heating status and planning of Shenyang Taking the project of heat source central heating and the expansion of Shahe heat source plant as examples,this paper analyzes the environmental benefit indexes of the project examples through data comparison,hoping to provide some suggestions for the selection of desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal technologies of Shenyang coal-fired flue gas.First of all,according to different flue gas desulfurization,dedusting and denitrification processes,this paper studies their respective working principles and process characteristics,so as to judge the advantages and disadvantages,application scope,economic and environmental benefits of various processes.Secondly,the third chapter analyzes the characteristics of the natural environment of Shenyang,the current situation and planning of heating in the city,and focuses on the investigation of the current heat source distribution and heating planning in the western and southern regions of Shenyang,which lays the research data foundation for the fourth chapter.In this paper,the air pollution in Shenyang and the application and development of flue gas desulfurization,dust removal and denitration technology in coal-fired boiler plants are also studied.Through the analysis of the third chapter,it is concluded that since the 12 th Five Year Plan,Shenyang has focused on air pollution control and achieved initial results.However,as the main source of air pollution,coal-fired flue gas treatment still needs to be further strengthened: the absence rate of desulfurization facilities in coal-fired boiler plants is high,the desulfurization efficiency is low,the dust removal efficiency is low,and there is almost nodenitration facilities.Then,based on the design and test data of Shenyang Tiexi Jingu heat source plant and Shahe heat source plant expansion project,this paper compares the emission concentration and emission of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide,smoke and dust in the flue gas of coal-fired boiler before and after the implementation of the two projects,and verifies the high-efficiency coal-fired boiler system,magnesium calcium double alkali desulfurization technology and bag type dust removal The practical application value of technology,low nitrogen combustion technology and SNCR technology,and through the comparison of monitoring data of two engineering examples,it can be found that these flue gas treatment measures also have good effect and excellent applicability under the specific environmental conditions of Shenyang City.
