The process of edible soybean as raw materials to extract SOS and soy isolated protein and the process of soy isolated protein as the raw materials to hydrolysis SOP were studied.Focus on antioxidant, regulate blood lipids, and enhance immunity,anti-fatigue,anti-aging and other physiological functions and acute toxicity test of the SOP and SOS synthesized by ratio of 65:35.SOP and SOS compound as raw material is to develop drinks, solid drinks, chewable tablets and other new products.Summarized as follows:1.Edible soybean extracted protein, then enzyme hydrolysis in 45 ? for 4 hours. The hydrolysis rate was 86.62%,78.23%of SOP molecular weight?2000u,free amino acid content was 4.01%.SOS in the oligosaccharide content was 76.5%.2.In the acute toxicity,LD50>20g/kg body weight. It was described that SOS and SOP compound is toxic.3.In anti-oxidation experiments, pyrogallol autoxidation experiments and H2O2-induced hemolytic chicken experiment were carried out.SOP and SOS compound of low,medium,high-dose group three phthalic autoxidation inhibition rates were 29.87%,51.2%,54.87%,and there were significant differences between the groups of data;SOP and SOS compound of 100mg/L against H2O2-induced chicken erythrocyte hemolytic inhibition rate was 52.23%.It was described that SOP and SOS compound had the efficacy of antioxidant, clear O-O2 radicals and the concentration within 0-100mg/mL,antioxidant increased with concentration of SOP and SOS.4.In the regulation of lipid experiments, establishing animal model of hyperlipidemia, dose group gavages SOP and SOS compound, respectively,in 20,40,60days,plasma indicators. The change-rates of TC and TG levels of the high dose group hyperlipidemia rats who were fed by SOP and SOS compound for 60 days, with respect to the model group, were 27.03%and 18.31%.And there were significant differences between high-dose group and model group in TXA2,PGI2,TXA2/PGI2,LDL-C,HDL-C,AI,NO of Rat plasma, the corresponding rates of change were 30.37%,23.01%,43.18%,19.57%,41.98%,43.22%,44.01%.So SOP and SOS compound has distinct efficacy of regulating blood lipids and preventing AS and the effect was enhanced within the dose range of 0.4-10.0g/kg,with dose increasing,5.In immune function experiments,MTT assay was used to determine the effect of SOP and SOS compound on T lymphocyte transformation. When fed with 5mg/mL SOP and SOS compound, the lymphocyte transformation rate was 35.57%;in E-rosette formation experiment;when fed with 2.5mg/mL SOP and SOS compound, the rosette formation rate of was 44.78%.It was described that SOP and SOS compound could significantly enhance cell-mediated immunity and immune function of mice.6.In anti-fatigue experiments, the mice of doses group were administered in SOP and SOS compound for 21 days, respectively, doing the swimming test and measuring liver glycogen, muscle glycogen content. When administered at a dose of 1.5 g/kg.BW,swimming time of mice extended to 64.6%;mouse liver glycogen content was 50.17mg/g,compared with the control group increased by 32.27%;mice muscle glycogen content was 2.46 mg/g,compared with the control group increased by 35.87%.SOP and SOS compound reinforced physical power with the onset dose was 0.5g/kg.BW,the optimal dose wasl.5g/kg.BW.7.In the anti-aging experiments, dose silkworm was freely fed with mulberry which was added by SOP and SOS compound in the larval until cocoon, observed the average and maximum life of silkworm larvae and adult.High doses group's average and maximum life extend-rates of silkworm larvae stage were 12.96%,14.29%;average and maximum life extend-rates of the silkworm adult stage were 15.5%,18.37%.It was described that SOP and SOS compound had physiological function of significantly delayed by senescence of silkworm.
