A lot of research and practical work about the soft rock have been done in domestic and foreign,but they do not fundamentally solve the difficulty of control of engineering stability on soft rock.From the view of changing physicochemical soft rock,structural properties,the modified method of electrochemical consolidation physicochemical soft rock modified to change its capacity of cation exchange,structure and mineral composition of the crystal layer to achieve the purpose to change its physical,chemical and mechanical properties,to fundamentally change the physical and chemical characteristics of soft rock,which will greatly improve the stability of the soft rock and provide a theoretical foundation and engineering practice for the application of electrochemical reinforcement of soft rock basis.In this paper,choice of of mudstone and sandstone types of rock are selected as samples for the study,theoretical analysis and laboratory test methods.The following is main research contents and results:1)The clay mineral is with generally negatively charged due to the lattice displacement role,mineral surface with electric double layer.According to various characteristics of the coal-bearing strata physicochemical soft rock electric double layer theory,this paper has analyzed and summarized physicochemical soft rock of clay minerals in the process of modification of the electrochemical consolidation electroosmosis mechanism mechanism,the electrical percolation model,the current transfer mechanism,the electrolytic mechanism and the electrophoresis mechanism.2)In different valence(univalent,divalent and trivalent)and different concentrations of the electrolyte solution,a detailed experimental study of the expansion of the soft rock gives the electrochemical method inhibition of soft rock expansion of three important factors with electrochemical methods:the electrolyte concentration,electrolyte cation valence,power or not.As the electrolyte concentration and cation valence increases,the expansion of soft rock is reduced;plus a DC electric field could further inhibits the expansion of soft rock.3)By the research of materialized in the electrochemistry of the modified soft rock mechanical properties,pore structure and mineral composition analysis and study of modified soft rock mechanical properties,pore structure and mineral composition are changed greatly,combined with deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in coal mine,further proposing the method to an electrochemical reinforcement of soft rock tunnel electrode reasonable layout:arranging anode electrode in the deep tunnel of soft rock,the light of the surrounding rock arrangement of the cathode electrode.The electrochemical modification of electrode arrange on the soft rock roadway to better electrochemical consolidation effect on the modified soft rock used in soft rock roadway reinforcement to improve the stability of the soft rock roadway involved,in order to improve coal mine soft rock tunnel in the long-term stability of the physicochemical soft rock provide a effective way.
