The research content of this thesis is an important part of the major special project of Shan Xi provice "research of technology and equipment in domestic fully mechanized working face"(NO:20111101024).There are many shortcomings in the state monitoring system in conveying equipments of fully mechanized working face of coal mine in China,which is of large volume,heavy weight,inconvenient installation,collecting quantity insufficiency,poor real-time,not according to the actual situation on site and flexible adjustment so on.Therefore,the development of a comprehensive real-time monitoring fully mechanized working face state monitoring system which is adapted to different underground environment,has its necessity and important practical significance to improve the work efficient and reliable of coal mine.According to the lack of intrinsic safety state monitor system for conveying equipments in Fully Mechanized Mining Face,the components of state monitor system and the development of intrinsic safety state monitor device have been explored.The specific studies is as follows:Through checking the literature related to the topic,analyzed the defects and shortcomings of existing equipment,found the existing defects and deficiencies in the field use function about them,through several investigation first and second generation transportation equipment monitoring device we had developed installation and usage at present on-the-spot,we confirmed the structure and function of the state monitoring system.In the system design,the master-slave model is improved,the monitoring host hardware structure is unified.Cancelled the monitoring station in centralized control center,whose feature set to the sub-station,a new master-from the pattern is built among the host of working face by the setting different of software,the underlying state monitoring network system is simplify.The main research content is as follows:According to the functional requirements of the intrinsic safety state monitor system for conveying equipments.Summarized the defects of existing state monitor equipment,designed the device consisting of system and the function of each device,determined the state monitoring sensor category,developed an overall plan for the state monitor system for conveying equipments.In the plan,the shell and the structure of the device,the shell and the interior equipment of the explosion-proof and intrinsically safe power supply,the type and patch mode of sensors,selection of the cable were introduced.Based design of the intrinsic safety state monitor device,selected the core of the system is LPC1768.Design and development of the system hardware.The PCB circuit has been designed which includes the power circuit,communication circuit,signal acquisition and processing circuit,keyboard scanning circuit,display circuit,failure alarm circuit,infrared receiving circuit,etc..The experimental verification has also been conducted.Hardware anti-jamming performance has been optimized by component selection,circuit design,PCB wiring.In addition,the internal structure and interface type of the temperature sensor is optimized to improve.State monitoring application software have been designed.Structured method has been applied to the compiling of software.The function library is compiled as header file to facilitate the extension of,which is unified called when compiling the main program of the system,facilities the expanding of the program function.Meanwhile,ported the FreeMODBUS agreement.The performance function includes:PS/2 keyboard port scanning,internal communication,communication with the host computer,signal acquisition,fault alarm,drive control.In addition,the screen design and programming have been finished of the man-machine interface.The function test of the keyboard scanning,data acquisition,and communication function of the state monitoring devices has been debugged by the test circuits built in the laboratory.The results have shown that the development of the intrinsic safety state monitor system for conveying equipments in Fully-mechanized Mining Face,can satisfy the expected Monitor conveying equipments' operating state and alarms the local danger warning function,and able to upload all the monitoring information collection to the host computer.Padded for a foundation to achieve the fault diagnosing to the conveying equipments installed in the Fully-mechanized Coal Face.
