| At present, although the technology of top-coal caving fully mechanized face of China has been advanced in the world, the research on reliability of mining and conveying system is still relatively lagged. As for the problem of mining and conveying system reliability, the mathematics model is established; reliability analysis platform is constructed through MATLAB in the paper and applied to the actual systems. It's shown that the result is in good agreement with practice. As for the mining and conveying system reliability data collecting and analyzing, the data source, character, quality and quantity are discussed, and the collect and analysis methods are studied in the paper. As for the reliability model constructing, the concept of revising cutting and cutting-free systems are put forward, which provide the theoretical foundation for model constructing. The reliability of system not only lies on the reliability of components' themselves, but also lies on the matching extends of them. Therefore, the influences of equipment model selection matching of mining and conveying system of top coal caving fully mechanized face should be discussed. As for reliability platform constructing, original reliability datum are inputted by user, many functions can be achieved though the MATLAB statistic toolbox, such as distributing frequencies histogram drawing, parameter estimating and hypothesis verifying after distribute type hypothesized. It can also do some calculations about reliability indexes (results are saved in the corresponding data files), output forecast, output forecast after the availability of several system cells increased and output increasing extent forecast. The reliability indexes, weak components of system and weak component rank can be demanded by the platform. Furthermore, the platform has strong figure displayed function, can maintain, modify, delete data files about reliability index and provide the technical support by help module. In order to validate the reliability analysis platform, the platform is applied to many instances to make reliability integration analysis. In the process, the method of the platform using is introduced and the platform is verified. The result compared with practice indicates that the reliability appraising result of system is in good agreement with practical produce systems in present producing conditions. After analyzing the reliability influence extends of weak components to system, the result indicates that weak components reliability increase, system reliability and produce ability increase more. The function relationship of daily production and shearer moving velocity is got in the paper by curve fitting. It is shown that the biggest relative error of fully mechanized face daily production calculated by the function is 0.4%, in the other words, fully mechanized face daily production can be forecasted according to the cutting velocity. |
