According to the latest requirements of the environmental protection dep-artment of Shandong Province,from 2017 the waste gas from coal-burning boiler must follow ultra low emissions limits and the smoke and dust emission limits will be reduced to 5mg/Nm3.Now,in our company the filter is located in the desulphurization system and the smoke concentration is generally contro-lled at about 18 mg/Nm3.Obviously,the exhaust gas purification device can n-ot achieve the new requirements of environmental emissions,the level of coalf-fired boiler exhaust gas purification in our group will face comprehensive transformation and upgrading in order to adapt to the new situation of enviro-nmental protection.Base on the systematic researching literature,my group's coal-fired boiler exhaust gas purification system is taked as the research object,and the existing problems are researched.Through the technological transformation and related equipment upgrades,the wet electrostatic dust removal process is added.This paper is about the process of this technology transformation,The material ba-lance of the whole system and each operation unit is provided to support for the upgrading and reconstruction of the tail gas purification device.The running results of the tail gas treatment system after the technical transformati-on show that the dust emission limits is reduced to 5mg/Nm3,and the transfo-rmation achieves a complete success.
