Flue gas,SO2,NOx,and various organic pollutants arising from the coal combustion are the source of atmospere pollution and foggy haze.As a main coal consumption industry,thermal power industry was an important source of particulate matter in the atmospere.Controlling the emission of flue gas from the coal-fired power plant has become an important approach to control air pollution.In 2015,Ministry of Environmental Protection,National Development and Reform Commission,Bureau of Energy printed and distributed Work Program of Implementing Ultra-low Emission and Energy Conservation Renovation of Coal-Fired Power Plant Comprehensively?Huan Fa?2015?No.164?,proposed implementing ultra-low emission renovation of the unit in active service,as well as the limiting value requirement that flue gas reached 10 mg/m3.Thus,ultra-low emission renovation of flue gas of coal-fired generator set becomes the only road to reduce air pollution.After reviewing literature at home ang abroad,and the flue gas control policy of coal-fired power plant,the paper was familiar with different technical routes of ultra-low emission renovation of flue gas of thermal power generator unit,This article compared the investment in construction,operation costs,acceptance monitoring data and on-line monitoring data of two ultr-low emission units with with dry and dust removal technologies.The conclusions were as follows:1.The construction cost of dry dust removal unit is higher than that of wet dust removal unit.The construction cost of dry dust removal unit is limited by the site,but the operation cost is obviously lower than that of wet dust removal unit.2.The acceptance monitoring data showed that the concentration of flue gas at outlet of dry dust removal unit was below 5 mg/m3,while the concentration of flue gas at outlet of wet dust removal unit only meets below 10 mg/m3.3.Long-time online data showed that dry dust removal unit can meet the requirement of ultra-low emission of flue gas,and the emission concentration is lower and more stable than that of wet dust removal unit.4.Considering investment cost,operation cost and operation effect,it is found that wet dust removal technology was suitable for areas with high environmental sensitivity and more stringent emission requirements,and dry dust removal technology was suitable for areas without special requirement.
