With the increasing depth of mining, more and more mines are facing thermal problems, it has a very important significance to achieve the cooling requirements of the working face while optimizing the ventilation system. This paper takes the Jinxing Gold Mine as researching background, according to these problems exist in Jinxing Gold Mine such as large ventilation resistance and the high temperature in deep working place,, the influence of heat dissipation on the ventilation system is studied by comparing the simulation results of the ventilation network before and after the thermal resistance, on this basis,the ventilation system optimization scheme is proposed and determined.Through the determination of the resistance of the Jinxing ventilation system, the main problems existing in the current ventilation system are analyzed and the causes of the problems are analyzed; By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the thermal environment evaluation method, the PMV-PPD method is selected to evaluate the thermal environment of the workplace. Then, the heat dissipation of the heat source in the Jinxing Gold Mine is estimated and classified, the results show that the main heat sources in the mine are heat dissipation of the surrounding rock, heat dissipation of the electromechanical equipment,air self-compression heat dissipation and local hot water. At the same time, the change of the airflow state of the ventilation in the whole mine is analyzed through the route of the air flow, the results show that the main reason for the occurrence of thermal damage in the mine is the hot water emission in the middle of the 17th and the high temperature in the deep area. Then, the three-dimensional model of the Venus gold mine ventilation system was established by using Ventsim software, and the parameters were set. Based on this, the air network solution and thermal simulation were carried out. The thermal resistance is introduced into the ventilation system and the ventilation system of the embedded ventilation system in the Jinxing Gold Mine is calculated. The results of the solution before and after the embedded thermal resistance are compared with the thermal resistance. It can be seen that the thermal resistance due to the heat dissipation of the heat source has little effect on the air volume of the whole ventilation system, but it has obvious effect on the air volume of the local high temperature roadway. At the same time, the influence of the heat source on the airflow temperature of the local ventilation system is obvious. After taking measures to control the middle for Seventeen local hot water, high temperature part of the problem areas still exist. The calculating results of the air volume required for mine cooling shows that only by increasing the air volume can not solve the problem of high temperature in the working face.According to the existing problems of the ventilation system of Jinxing Gold Mine, four optimization schemes are put forward according to the optimization principle. The airflow simulation and thermal simulation of ventilation network are carried out.The advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are obtained by comparing the simulation results, and the optimal scheme of scheme four is determined.
