Study Of Online Dynamic Balance Technology For Steel Conditioning Grinding Wheel

Steel conditioning is often used as an important part of machining and is also an important tool for precision and ultraprecision machining.The vibrations generated by the grinding process,not only seriously affect the surface quality and precision grinding of the workpiece,and will reduce the service life of the grinder and grinding wheel.Online dynamic balance technology of grinding wheel has been researched and used in some grinders at home and abroad,but formerly study on dynamic balance technology of billet grinding wheel is comparatively few.According to the characteristics of steel conditioning,it will have research value and practical economic significance by using the online balance technology to diminish the influence of grinding wheel unbalance,improve machining precision and service life,reduce production costs and increase production efficiency.In this paper,the main purpose is to research about online dynamic balance system for billet grinding wheel.The main content of this study is as follow:(1)The realization principle of balancing head is analysed and transmission ratio and transmission efficiency of planetary gear train are calculated.(2)To design a series of signal processing circuit,including wave-shaping circuit of reference signal,32 multiplier phase-locked trigger circuit,low-pass filter circuit,high-pass filter circuit and narrow band-pass tracking filter circuit,and to simulate the part of the circuit,which verify its validity.The series of signal processing circuit are to realize full period sampling and detection of vibration signal.(3)Using Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)to extract amplitude and phasethe of Vibration signal and selecting control strategy based on influence coefficient method to rotational angle of balance disc.(4)To realize signal collection,digital signal preprocessing,detection of unbalance signal and rotation of balance disc by Using Lab VIEW software to write the control program for equilibrium process.Through this study,the system of billet grinding wheel online dynamic balance is built,which laids a good foundation for further study on the billet grinding wheel's onine dynamic balance technology.
