Design And Research On The New Type Of Grinding Wheel Balancing Device And On-line Balancing System For Grinder

Grinding is an important machining method.In grinding,vibration caused by unbalance of grinding wheel affects the production efficiency of grinding quality and the life of machine tool.In the work of the past,generally USES the special dynamic balancing machines or in the field of the whole dynamic balance,this requires a lot of time and cost,with high speed and precision grinding processing technology and the rapid development of automation technology,a new type of grinding wheel online balancing device and balance system has been one of the important research topic in the field of mechanical processing.Based on a large number of studies on the mainstream online balancing devices at home and abroad,this paper studies the hydraulic injection grinding wheel balancing device and online balancing control system,and the main research results are as follows:(1)According to the working principle of the film check valve,a new type of liquid injection grinding wheel online balancing device is developed.Its characteristics are: it can not only ensure the real-time injection of the balancing liquid when the grinding wheel is working,but also solve the problem of the balance liquid flowing out when the grinding wheel stops working,so that it has a good balance accuracy retention.(2)The on-line automatic balance control system is developed based on Lab VIEW software.The method of digital band-pass tracking filter and simple harmonic vibration signal fitting is presented to extract the unbalance and phase of grinding wheel,which is beneficial to improve the detection accuracy of the system.The liquid injection control strategy of grinding wheel on-line balancing device is designed.(3)Set up the grinding wheel online automatic balance control system test platform,carried out the online automatic balance,balance accuracy and other experiments.The experimental results show that the new type of fluid injection grinding wheel balancing device,the online balance control system and the balance liquid injection strategy developed in this paper are reasonable and suitable,and have the characteristics of simple structure,fast balance speed,high balance accuracy and good precision retention ability.
