Welding is the main way of connecting steel structure,with the development of steel structure,since the late 20 th century in the construction industry in the increasingly widespread application.However,in the welding phase of steel,the material phase transition,the displacement constraint and the uneven distribution of the temperature field are all caused by the residual stress and deformation in the weldment after welding.It is the influence of the crack initiation And expansion,reduce the various aspects of steel function of the key factors.In addition,although many of the relevant professionals for the problem of welding technology improvement,the installation of stiffeners and other effective measures,but the weld-intensive and complex weld shape caused by welding residual stress more need to be the attention of researchers,and should The welding residual stress caused by the hazards of a more in-depth understanding.Therefore,it is very important to integrate the welding residual stress as an unfavorable factor affecting the mechanical performance of the corrugated plate Hshaped steel into its force analysis and design.In this paper,the paper summarizes the related literature and research results,combines the corrugated steel web design theory with the welding heat theory,and uses the large-scale general finite element software ANSYS thermo-structural coupling analysis to analyze the welding residual stress Perform finite element simulation.The welding residual stress and the distribution of the deformation of the corrugated steel web beam are obtained.And its in-depth analysis.By analyzing the distribution of welding residual stress of H-shaped steel beam,it is found that the complexity of welding process will interfere with the distribution of residual stress,which is much more complicated than the stress distribution of single weld.Then,the distribution of residual stress and the bending performance and shear performance of the welded steel H-beam girder are analyzed.The results show that the residual stress of the lower flange plate has no significant decrease in the bending performance.The effect of welding residual stress on the shear resistance of the plate is not significant.By analyzing the welding deformation and the structural force performance of the H-shaped steel,it is pointed out that the welding deformation will permanently change the plate size and the distortion performance of the H-shaped steel beam.After analyzing the welding residual stress and the welding deformation on the corrugated web H-shaped steel beam may cause adverse factors,through the structural design and welding process to improve these two aspects of the design and manufacture of corrugated web H-shaped steel to reduce or Is to eliminate the welding residual stress and welding deformation on the structure of the hazards.The effects of weld size and form,welding groove,welding heat source input and welding method on welding residual stress and welding deformation are described respectively.Finally,the use of new welding process,which can improve the welding efficiency,effectively reduce the residual stress generated during the welding process.
